Whats going on with my body?

last night i took 2 tabs and snorted half a molly. i took the tabs and didnt feel anything so i snorted the molly. i rolled from 830 pm to 7 am. that has never happened before, i threw up 3 times. i did eat some bread last night and drank nothing but water. whats going on with me now? i never went to sleep, and my eyes hurt like they are strained and everytime i get up an walk around i feel dizzy and like i might black out. i ate some leftover chicken express but i still feel hungry. what should i do?
