My husband and I just got married in January?

We decided to have the same bank account instead of 2 seperate ones.So I closed mine and went on his account. I told him one day I need to also get a bank card cause some places dont just accept checks ( like gas stations). He laughs saying you will spend all the money if we do that. I thought he was just kidding cause I actually spend my money wisely. Well its now March and I still have no bank card and he keeps saying we will get it done and when we both get paid (we get paid on the same day) He jokes by giving me cash and saying this is your alowance. Do you think he is really overlooking this or is this something I should get upset about???? This may seam like a stupid question never shared an account befor and can I just get a bank card myself???? Please serious answers and not mean ones thank you.
