Plz help me choose wedding celebration :)?

Number 2 but where is the ceremony? Can the people bring the food to the reception area before the wedding? Will there be electrical cords to keep food warm in crock pots or have chafing dishes? Some dishes can be left in the car but not all. Have tables set up for the dishes to be placed on. Also get a list of what everyone is bringing so you can be more prepared.
